We do not resell personal information. Your information is registered when you purchase via the website or sign up to my mailing list. You can request that I delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Rosie Holding Fine Art, I need the following information:

I make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you- e.g your delivery address and contact details. 

The personal information is registered with Rosie Holding, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via my website, I ensure that it is facilitated via your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, please navigate to your emails and hit the 'unsubscribe' button or pop me an email and I can easily remove you from the list. 

As registered with Rosie Holding Fine Art, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you.
