Returns and Refunds

Paintings and prints:

If you receive your purchase and you have changed your mind, something has gone wrong or it is not as you expected, you are more than welcome to return your product within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price and your original shipping cost. However, please note that I am unable to refund return postage costs and cannot refund any import duties/taxes incurred from overseas purchasers. 

I am not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector.

Please read the product descriptions carefully. All descriptions have clear size measurements. Print sizes listed do not include the white surrounding border- the white border is extra on top of the print size which may require trimming depending on your framing preference. 

If anything does go wrong, please know I am here to help. Most problems are very quick and easy to rectify!

Private Coaching

As a buyer, under Australian Consumer Law, you have consumer guarantees. This means you have a right to refund or remedy should any private coaching services provided be:

• Delivered with a lack or care or skill.
• Unfit for purpose (does not match what was advertised).
• Not delivered within a reasonable time.

When you do not have a right to a refund for private coaching services:

• You bought and now have changed your mind.
• Completed sessions (it was delivered correctly but you dislike the outcome).
